Role Summary:

The Artwork Process Specialist manage the end-to-end routing, approval, and prepress validation of packaging artwork within Colgate’s global artwork management platform. This role ensures brand packaging meets strict quality standards and print requirements while safeguarding critical on-time timeline milestones.



By consolidating cross-functional feedback and aligning change requests, you will drive execution accuracy and serve as the main technical bridge between internal stakeholders and external agency partners.

Responsibilities:

• Global Artwork Routing & Approval: Execute end-to-end routing and approval workflows within Colgate’s global packaging artwork platform, driving process discipline to consistently achieve on-time routing milestones.
• Quality Assurance & Verification: Review packaging artwork against Master Artwork guidelines and Artwork Reference files to verify graphic and technical accuracy prior to release.
• Cross-Functional Feedback Consolidation: Evaluate project execution briefs, assign mechanical routing teams, and synthesize complex annotations from Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, R&D;, and Packaging into clear, actionable direction for artwork providers.
