Job Description:
At Mars, we have bold aspirations to be a digital-first business. We've all experienced how digital and data are rapidly transforming our day-to-day work, and we need to respond more quickly to the changing world around us. Over the past several years, data management and expertise have evolved organically rather than strategically within our business and, as a result, the way we currently manage data is fragmented. In 2020, we announced the Master Data network at Mars to ensure timely, accurate, and trusted Master Data, critical to our aspiration to be a digital-first, data-centric business.
As part of this continued journey, we will also need to transform our IT: renewing solutions & platforms to digitize Master Data Management, and introducing new technologies & capabilities that deliver timely, accurate, and trusted data assets, empowering our associates to use it effectively within the business context.
We are seeking a General technical lead to play a pivotal role in this journey.

The primary purpose is to provide technical expertise on the current MDG solution and support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and transformation programs such as S4, cPLM, and Kellanova integration.
