This position is integral to Nokia NAM Sales Team, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to support the sales team. The specialist will work closely with product teams, sales teams, and customers to create an optimal microwave network solution, contributing to the technical strategy and adapting to customer needs. The job candidate will make technical presentations, influence buying decisions, and ensure customized support for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities
• Provide specialized microwave solution expertise to support sales efforts and drive offerings for an optimal solution mix for microwave products.

• Work with Nokia internal microwave teams which include Engineers, PLM, Business Development, Program Manager and Deployment Manager to create tailored offerings, ensuring the customer gets a best-fit solution.

• Define and contribute to the installation scope of work strategy for designated customers, adapting to their vision and requirements.
• Make Technical presentations to customers and highlighting Nokia's value proposition during sales phase.





• Evaluate and develop microwave network business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team and account managers.

• Support sales opportunities with broad technical expertise and have an understanding of internal and external business dynamics.

• Act as a microwave subject matter expert, engaging internal and external customers, presenting viable technical solutions, and articulating the offer value.

• Contribute to the creation of customer network evolution plans, positioning Nokia's technology and solutions.

• Identify short and long-term solutions to address customer needs, providing expertise on microwave solution architectures

• Address complex technical risks and develop mitigation plans, ensuring a solid business impact.

• Extensive experience (5-8 years) in a relevant professional discipline, with a deep understanding of microwave installation theor
