Our Account Management team plays an important role in maintaining strong provider relationships and helping our partners generate better patient engagement, conversions, and revenue through the platform.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to manage relationships with healthcare providers and partners on the PlacidWay platform.
The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding provider needs, supporting their day-to-day platform activity, monitoring patient cases and leads, coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve provider performance, conversions, and revenue.
This role requires a combination of relationship management, customer success, sales, problem-solving,



follow-up, and account growth skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provider & Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned providers.
- Understand each provider's services, treatment offerings, target markets, and business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned providers.
- Regularly communicate with providers and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Maintain accurate provider information, activities, communications, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Patient Cases & Lead Management
- Monitor patient leads and cases assigned to providers.
- Follow up with providers to ensure timely responses to patient inquiries.
- Identify delays, missed follow-ups, or inactive cases and take appropriate action.
