Openbank Mexico is looking for a Head of Banking to define and lead the banking strategy for Openbank Mexico,



building a scalable and commercially sound proposition aligned with business growth, customer needs and regulatory requirements, with end-to-end accountability for business performance, P&L; and customer value.

• Define the end-to-end banking strategy for Openbank Mexico, including product scope, customer segments, value proposition and growth roadmap.
• Own the banking P&L;, balancing customer growth, balances, pricing, funding economics, fees and profitability.
• Lead end-to-end management of the banking business, actively managing customer growth, balances, activity, retention, returns and customer value.
• Lead the banking operating model, ensuring clear governance across Business, Product, Risk, Operations, Finance, Data and Technology.
