Job Description:

The Process Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process technologies across our domestic factory network and co-manufacturers. This role bridges the gap between R&D; innovation and supply chain execution, ensuring that new products, raw materials, and capacity expansion initiatives are successfully scaled up, commissioned, and handed over to manufacturing units.
Additionally, this position plays a critical role in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and developing a high-performing team of R&D; process associates.

What are we looking for?

• Relevant Experience: Robust experience in process development, technology implementation, and scale-up, ideally in an R&D; or engineering role within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or complex business environment.
• Leadership & Coaching: Proven experience in line management, coaching, and developing technical talent is highly advantageous.
• Technical Depth & Quality Focus: Deep understanding of manufacturing process technologies,



process constraints, and a strong passion for quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Consumer-Driven Innovation: Translate consumer needs and R&D; formulations into viable, scalable, and cost-effective industrial manufacturing processes.
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Broad business understanding to align technical roadmaps with local growth, capacity expansion, and financial targets.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Technology Development, Implementation & Scale-Up
• Process Capabilities & Scaling: Define and establish process capabilities for new products and raw materials, ensuring a seamless scale-up and successful transition to the factory network (including commissioning, verification, and handover requirements).
