Position Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP), Mexico serves as the strategic people partner to the Mexico GM and Mexico Leadership Team. The role translates business priorities into workforce, organization, talent, leadership, culture and compensation actions that enable business growth and performance. The HRBP partners closely with HR Operations, T&OC; and the regional RPO to ensure strong local execution, consistent employee support and compliance with Mexican employment requirements.
