Team Overview

We are looking for a HRBP Intern to join our global IBG structure,



collaborating with different business areas to support people-related topics and drive HR initiatives.

In this role, you will act as a point of contact for your assigned areas, serving as a local, on-the-ground HR presence while also operating within a global scope. You will ensure close alignment with stakeholders, helping connect day-to-day HR needs with global practices and processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Act as a local HR point of contact for assigned business areas, building strong stakeholder relationships and connecting day-to-day people needs with global HR practices and processes.

• Support the Senior HRBP Manager in executing HR initiatives and managing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, organizational priorities, and global guidelines.
