Job Description

Primary Function of Position:




Under the direct supervision of the Mexicali Employee Services Coordinator, supports and helps ensure that employee-focused strategies and scheduled activities are implemented and completed, including transportation, cafeteria services, uniforms, sports events, and lockers across different shifts and buildings, in order to achieve established goals and objectives.
Responsible for participating in daily meetings with the Operations area, serving as the representative for Employee Services activities and receiving any questions or concerns raised by employees, then following up with employees to provide responses and resolutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Participate in cultural weeks and employee awareness activities organized by different departments (OpEx, Health, Safety).
• Issue locks and lockers to new employees, as well as to employees requiring building relocations, lock replacements, or locker reassignments, while ensuring compliance with
