Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Employee and Labor Relations, Mexico and Dominican Republic. This position can be based in any of the main Eaton locations. It requires up to 25% travel.
What you’ll do:

Eaton is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Employee and Labor Relations. This position is based in Mexico, with preferred proximity to one of the following locations: Querétaro, Mexico City, Juárez, or Tijuana.

The Senior Manager, Employee and Labor Relations, leads employee and labor relations strategy across Mexico and the Dominican Republic. This role partners with business leaders, Human Resources, and Legal to foster positive employee relations, manage labor and employment risk, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and support business objectives.

The role serves as the regional subject matter expert for employee and labor relations, collective bargaining, workplace investigations, organizational change, and workforce transformation initiatives. This leader drives consistent practices, strengthens leadership capability,



and leads strategic projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Lead employee and labor relations strategies that support business objectives and promote a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
• Serve as the regional expert on employee relations, labor relations, collective bargaining, labor law, and workforce risk management.
• Partner with business and Human Resources leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate employee and labor relations risks.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, discipline, workplace conflict, organizational change, investigations, and other complex employment matters.
• Support collective bargaining activities, contract negotiations, and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and partner with
