How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Supervisor, Licensing Superserve will be responsible for managing a portfolio of licensed businesses across Apparel, Footwear,



Accessories and Home categories in Mexico. This role will drive business growth through the development and strengthening of some of our key direct-to-retail agreements, ensuring the successful execution of product strategies aligned with franchise priorities and market opportunities.
The idóneo candidate combines strong commercial skills, retail expertise, product development experience and a deep understanding of the Mexican consumer and retail landscape.

The Supervisor, Licensing Superserve will be responsible for:
• Manage and grow the Softlines business across Apparel, Footwear, and Home categories.
• Develop and execute category growth plans aligned with business objectives, consumer needs and franchise strategies.
• Identify new product opportunities, drive innovation and expand distribution.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, retail trends, consumer insights and competitive activity to identify
