As a Lead Backend Java Developer, you will anchor the technical architecture of high-throughput e-commerce systems, designing scalable, secure, and resilient server-side applications. Beyond hands-on development, you will act as a technical leader—critically evaluating business requirements, challenging assumptions, and proactively driving system improvements for platforms handling millions of daily updates.
Working directly with cross-functional leadership, international team members, and dedicated frontend units, you will bring a strategic consultant mindset to bridge business requirements and modern distributed design using AI-first workflows and clean code practices.
Architect and design high-performance, secure backend systems, APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, SOAP),



and relational database schemas using modern Java and framework ecosystems.
Lead architectural decisions by evaluating business requirements, proposing proactive optimizations, and refactoring core services to support high-volume data streams and caching layers.
Optimize complex database queries and messaging flows to handle large-scale traffic, real-time inventory synchronization, and complex order routing.
Own end-to-end system reliability, rapid root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting while establishing best practices across the engineering workflow.
Experience : 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering with a proven track record of acting as a Technical Lead or Principal Contributor.
Tech Stack : Strong mastery of modern Java (Java 17/21/25), Spring Framework, ORM tools (Hibernate or equivalent), Relational Databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), Caching solutions (Redis), and Event/Me
