Risoul | RS is seeking a Total Rewards & Payroll Specialist to lead compensation, benefits, payroll governance and compliance across LATAM.
The role requires 10+ years in Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, strong English, and hands-on expertise with LATAM labor rules, SAP/SuccessFactors, and HRIS.
You will standardize processes, strengthen controls, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, People & Culture, and IT to ensure accurate payroll operations and timely reporting.
