Better Banking Interactions, Deeper Community Impact
In 2011, growth consultants Dan Michaeli and Justin DiPietro observed a Fortune 50 retailer's exceptional in-person customer service and asked themselves a key question: "How can we replicate that standout service experience online?"
Their inquiry sparked the creation of Glia, a company dedicated to reshaping how financial institutions interact with their customers and members.
Fifteen years later, Glia is the industry leader in banking AI. What started as a passion for customer service technology has grown into a commitment to bettering the communities our clients serve. Beyond innovative technology, Glia prioritizes its teams in the US and Europe, fostering a culture of dedication, open communication, and strong values, including DEI, to support their AI service vision.
Industry-leading expertise. Extraordinary curiosity. Uncommonly great partnership. If this sounds like you, you belong with Glia.
