As a Creative Strategist at Reach, you own the creative end-to-end. You'll do the research, develop ad angles, write hooks, and build creative briefs that our editors execute, working directly with our brand partners and growth/design teams.
You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience
You understand paid media and the types of content that converts
You are detail-orientated,



organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analyzing performance, brainstorming ad angles and hook variations, and writing new briefs weekly for the editing team to produce
Owning the creative strategy for your brand partners, including a living strategy doc that tracks angles, performance, and what to test next
Working with 3-5 brand partners at a time, with a focus on going deep into their creative and building new winning ads
Expect regular creative reviews, direct feedback, and room to grow into senior roles as Reach scales.
Weekly Calls & Creative Training: Weekly team check-ins, creative reviews and training sessions. Fully remote role (working US hours)
