Join us as a Credit and Collections Manager and play a critical role in protecting Kellanova's cash flow, managing credit risk, and driving collection performance across Latin America. This position leads the strategy and execution of credit and collections activities while balancing customer relationships, commercial priorities, and financial objectives. The role requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
Based in Querétaro, Mexico, you will lead a team with direct and indirect reports across the region, ensuring effective portfolio management, risk mitigation, and timely collection of outstanding receivables. This highly visible role requires close partnership with business leaders to evaluate risks, support decision‐making,



and develop strategies that optimize working capital while maintaining strong customer relationships.
