This role acts as a strategic connector between ecosystem insights and our portfolio to ensure no patient is left behind. As a Squad Lead, you will lead the strategic execution of therapeutic areas to maximize impact, driving outstanding results and market leadership. You will actively foster a collaborative, innovative,

The Opportunity:
- Strategy and Value Proposition: You define the vision, positioning, financial ambitions, and short- to medium-term outcomes (STOs and MTOs) for the therapeutic area, guaranteeing local alignment with the corporate strategy ("North Star").
- P&L; and Resource Management (Enterprise Mindset): You effectively prioritize the team's outcomes, ensuring the correct allocation of resources (including budget and Opex), and assume full responsibility for the profitability (P&L;) of the assigned portfolio.
