About the role

As a Senior Delivery Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring material continuity and delivery performance across our North America operations. You will lead delivery assurance activities, proactively address supply constraints,



and partner with cross‑functional teams to minimize production risks across U.S. and Mexico manufacturing plants.

In this role, you will also lead and develop a team supporting Residential and Light Commercial operations while leveraging data, KPIs, and analytics to drive operational performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Delivery Assurance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring material continuity and preventing shortages that could impact production across U.S. and Mexico plants.
- Owning end‑to‑end delivery assurance, including expediting critical materials and driving the resolution of supply constraints.
- Escalating and resolving payment issues, invoice holds, Goods Received discrepancies, pricing gaps, and GRI topics in partnership with Finance, Sourcing, and Quality teams across North America.
