In this role, you will help drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, collaboration, and a strong commitment to service quality. ## What You Will Do * Payroll Operations: Lead and coordinate payroll delivery across Mexico and Central America, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all payroll cycles.* Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, social security, and payroll regulations while maintaining strong controls and audit readiness.* Team Leadership: Coach, develop,



and support Payroll Specialists and Administrators to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.* Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex payroll matters and provide guidance on payroll-related policies, processes, and compliance requirements.* Continuous Improvement: Drive process standardization, automation, digitalization, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality.* Stakeholder Partnership: Build effective relationships with HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, IT, external vendors, and business leaders across the region.* Reporting & Performance: Monitor payroll reporting, operational metrics, resource planning, and service performance to support business continuity and operational excellence. ## Who You Are * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.* Solid experience leading pay
