Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Field Technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous
- improvement.
- Oversee daily Technology Group operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to support business needs, project objectives, and service delivery requirements.
- Develop and manage Technology Group budgets, forecasts, and spending plans, ensuring effective financial performance and alignment with business priorities.
- Ensure controlled onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes, including access,



accounts, licenses, and asset recovery.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for end-user support, infrastructure, networking, and job site technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners and Technology Group teams to develop IT estimates, project plans, and technology recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Advanced technical certifications and prior leadership experience in IT operations, field support, or infrastructure management are preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including field support and end-user services. 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical support personnel.
- Experience with IT operations, vendor management, equipment inventory, procurement, budget management and forecasting, service management, IT governance, incident management
