Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative for our Flygt business , where innovation meets impact in the water industry. Flygt is a lead manufacturer of submersible Pumps and offers a range of solutions to monitor, control, and optimize pump performance. From level sensors through pump station management. This role is idóneo for a driven sales professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys building meaningful client relationships,



and is passionate about delivering high-value solutions.

You’ll lead strategic sales initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position also plays a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing technical expertise to support continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the municipal, water/ wastewater and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales tactics.
- Sales KPIs : Achievement of targets in sales (USD), margin, orders, and forecast

Account Management
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through proactive engagement.
