You will own the HR engineering footprint, ship agents, and integrate them with MCP and the company AI platform while collaborating with HR SMEs and operators.

The role demands hands-on work, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to move quickly from bootstrap to production as part of a one-person engineering team in Guadalajara, Mexico.
