UPM is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Mexico, Central America & Caribbean, based in Tultitlan, Mexico, to drive sales targets, develop new markets, coach the sales team, and strengthen commercial relationships across LATAM.The idóneo candidate has 7+ years in sales, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and strong negotiation and financial skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
Travel up to 40% is expected as the role reports to the Director, Sales West & LatAm.
