Johnson Controls in Mexico City is seeking an experienced IT PLM Support specialist to monitor, analyze, test, and support PLM‑related IT services, ensuring stability and alignment with business needs. You will resolve issues quickly, participate in SIT/UAT, and help with PLM‑CAD integrations, data/workflow management, with a focus on knowledge transfer inside the team.
The role requires 6+ years in IT support, strong PLM process understanding, ITIL practices, and the ability to support North
