Nissan Mexicana is seeking a Service Retention Sr. Specialist to deliver advanced data analytics, reporting, and BI solutions for the Service Retention organization in Mexico City.
You will collaborate with multiple teams to develop data-driven insights that improve retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction. The role requires 5+ years in analytics, strong Power BI, SQL, and Python skills, Snowflake and Oracle knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work
