The Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, managing and delivering projects in line with client requirements and agreed scope, schedule, quality and budget. The role oversees the operational, financial and administrative management of assigned Functionality QA projects, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction and achievement of project financial objectives.
The Project Manager is a key client interface and provides leadership across project teams, coordinating resources, managing risks and quality, monitoring commercial performance and driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and integrate projects into the wider workflow, proactively communicating requirements, priorities and risks.
- Lead project leadership meetings and establish clear project briefs, objectives and delivery plans.
- Ensure projects are successfully launched, executed and completed in line with client expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing communication,



expectations and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing effective solutions and professional challenge where required.
- Establish, manage and maintain project budgets, forecasts, spend reporting and financial documentation.
- Monitor project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and realization, taking corrective action where required.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate resource planning and scheduling in partnership with the Resource Planning Team.
- Lead teams to achieve client objectives while maintaining high standards of delivery and professionalism.
