Atomic Hr is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to own a portfolio of park operators and ensure continued success with our all-in-one booking and park-management platform.
You’ll answer questions, troubleshoot bookings, guide feature adoption, run training sessions, and capture feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform, all while maintaining high renewal and satisfaction. This is a remote role with USD compensation and growth opportunities.
