Job Title – Functional QA Job Location – Guadalajara (Hybrid) Experience level – 5+ Years Job type – Contract Language: Conversational English (Intermediate- Advance) Role Overview: As a QA Tester for the Agent Platform, you will bridge the gap between human evaluation and AI automation.
In this role, you will execute Critical User Journeys (CUJs) across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace environments, documenting your actions in structured formats designed to train, evaluate, and benchmark autonomous AI agents.
You will work closely with engineering teams to identify system regressions, clarify ambiguous workflows, and ensure the platform handles complex real-world developer tasks seamlessly.
