This group ensures that Lexipol’s internal technology stack is reliable, cohesive, and continually improving. Through vendor management, software lifecycle oversight, and system optimization, the team drives modernization, automation,



and data consistency across business units — ensuring every department has the tools they need to deliver effectively.What This Role Will DoThe Business Analyst – Internal Software serves as the bridge between internal business stakeholders, IT, and the Internal Software team. This role translates business requirements into clear software and workflow specifications, manages system documentation, and oversees vendor and lifecycle processes. The analyst partners closely with the Director of AI Product and Automation and development team to identify and implement opportunities for automation, integration, and modernization. They ensure Lexipol’s software ecosystem remains efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
