We're looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across our office, manufacturing, and warehouse operations in Tijuana. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and growing their IT skills in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, and peripheral equipment
- Troubleshoot network, wireless, and connectivity issues
- Assist with video conferencing, voice, and communication systems
- Track and resolve service requests while delivering excellent customer support
- Collaborate with IT teams on technology projects and improvements

What we're looking for:
- 2-3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and IT hardware
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
