Atomic HR is assisting a focused SaaS company with an all-in-one booking and park-management platform. We are seeking a customer-focused onboarding specialist who will guide new customers from kickoff to go-live, learning the product and mapping it to real-world park workflows.
You’ll run tailored demos, build onboarding plans, keep notes in CRM, and share insights with product and engineering. The role is remote and requires 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, excellent English, and strong
