Your Role
As a People & Organizational Change Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting People strategies that drive organizational development and transformation. You will focus on understanding current organizational capabilities,



identifying talent gaps, and aligning people development initiatives with the organization’s evolving needs.
- Analyze the current and future state (AS-IS and TO-BE) of the organization’s talent, structures, roles, competencies, and skills to identify gaps and opportunities for development.
- Lead talent mapping initiatives by consolidating organizational data, role structures, job profiles, and competency requirements into a comprehensive view of organizational capabilities.
- Support the development and maintenance of competency models and skill matrices to assess technical and behavioral capabilities across roles.
- Consolidate hard and soft skills assessment results into a comprehensive 360° talent assessment, providing insights into strengths, development areas, and organizational capability gaps.
