What you’ll be doing

- Manage the supply of finished goods, equipment, and spare parts through coordination with internal and external suppliers.
- Develop and complete inventory deployment plans to ensure product availability and efficient stock levels.
- Monitor inventory performance, analyzing variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure achievement of key supply chain metrics, including service levels, backorders, inventory targets, and cost performance.
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate inbound shipments to ensure timely product availability.
- Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service, Quality, and Commercial teams to resolve supply issues.




- Lead supply risk management efforts, implementing mitigation plans and allocation strategies when necessary.
- Support product launches, lifecycle changes, and continuous improvement initiatives passionate about inventory optimization and cost savings.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning or ERP systems.
- English proficiency is required.
- 3-5 years of experience related to supply chain management - warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, and/or inventory planning is required.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong customer focus and dedicated approach.
- Continuous improvement approach and problem-solving orientation.
