About the role
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards, Latin America will play a key leadership role in developing and executing Carrier’s long-term Total Rewards strategy across Latin America, with a particular focus on Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, Americas Community of Expertise (COE),



this role will partner closely with HR and business leaders, Integral Total Rewards teams, Global People Services, vendors, and other key stakeholders to develop competitive, scalable, and employee-focused compensation and benefits solutions.

The successful candidate will combine strong Total Rewards expertise with strategic thinking, analytics, and influencing skills to help position Carrier as an employer of choice while supporting our overall business strategy.
