Atomic Hr is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for an all-in-one booking and park-management platform. You’ll manage a portfolio of parks, answer questions, troubleshoot bookings, rates, and payments, and help operators adopt more features to grow their business.
You’ll lead check-ins and training sessions, keep CRM records up to date, write simple guides, and spot at-risk accounts to keep customers satisfied. This remote role offers USD compensation based on experience.
