Your Impact at Siemens
- 1. Strategic Business Development
- Identify & Qualify: Proactively hunt for service opportunities (preventive/corrective maintenance, retrofits, and spare parts) within industrial, utility, and critical infrastructure accounts.
- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with Account Managers to build a healthy pipeline and execute long-term service agreements (LTSAs).
- Portfolio Promotion: Sell the full spectrum of Siemens services, including digital monitoring, power system upgrades, and technical training.
- 2. Technical Consulting & Customer Engagement
- Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary technical consultant,



conducting site assessments and workshops to identify aging equipment, reliability issues, and compliance gaps.
- Solution Design: Translate customer operational challenges into high-value technical scopes, including modernization and digitalization (SCADA, Asset Monitoring).
- Stakeholder Management: Build lasting relationships with maintenance managers, plant engineers, and C-level decision-makers.
- 3. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Technical Bridge: Facilitate seamless handovers between Sales, Proposals, and Project Execution teams.
- Market Intelligence: Share customer feedback to influence the continuous improvement of the Siemens service portfolio.
