The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.How you will create an impact* Strong focus to meat SLA and comply with KPI’s* Proactive management and oversight multinational activities* Collaborate with different stakeholders across Multinational and AIG Network* Provide multinational technical expertise and guidance to the team.* Ensure Multinational service fee discipline by negotiating with PO’s and utilizing available tools.* Partner with Product underwriters to review and update wordings accordingly.* Engage with multinational direct clients and/or brokers to ensure end to end process on a timely manner.* Monitor performance and escalate where necessary to ensure all agreed Multinational service SLAs are being met.* Help identify, support, and contribute to internal and external strategies that align our product offerings and grow AIG multinational bus
