Atomic Hr is seeking a growth-minded marketer to build our campaign machinery in a highly constrained, regulated space. You will direct Claude Code to assemble APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while running campaigns alongside sales, field, and partnerships.
Expect hands-on ownership, direct reporting to the two founders, and a builder-first role with no initial reports. Remote-friendly with Austin-based HQ and CT overlap.
