Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
You’ll work across client builds and internal products, shaping scoping and estimates from-day-one. You’ll lead workshops, document current and future-state processes, and partner with Product Managers to prioritize the backlog.
