Graphic Designer (Paid Social & Digital)

Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.

At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans. We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — fully remote from Latin America.

You'll join a premium dental wellness brand in Southern California that's rethinking what a trip to the dentist feels like. Founded by a dental specialist, it swaps the sterile clinic for calm, spa-like studios with gentle cleanings and whitening, evening and weekend hours, and comfort treatments that take the anxiety out of the chair. Three studios since 2024 — and still growing.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can produce polished, on-brand creative quickly across paid social, email, web, and light video. A big part of the job is adapting existing creative — new offers, new studio references, new formats and sizes — at volume, without losing the premium details.

This isn't a production-only seat: it comes with hands-on coaching and mentorship and grows into more strategic work, for someone who shares ideas and asks how their work performed.

What You'll Do

- Paid social, your primary focus. Design static-first creative for Meta, Instagram and other paid channels — static and carousel ads, offer-driven promotions and studio-specific campaigns that drive bookings for a given service at a given location. Update existing templates with new copy, offers and studio references, build test variations, and resize across platforms.
- Ideas, not just files. Bring proactive recommendations on hooks, headlines and layouts. Great ads stop attention,

communicate fast and create desire — you'll learn how the team tests creative and use performance insights to sharpen every iteration.
- Email. Produce promotional, seasonal, educational and announcement emails in established templates, exported with the right compression for Klaviyo. Strategy, segmentation and uploading sit with the marketing lead — platform training is available if you'd like to learn it.
- Website and digital banners. Hero banners and graphics sized for desktop and mobile, for studio launches, new offers and announcements.
- Light video, about one a week. Short-form cuts for paid social from influencer and in-studio footage: trimming talking heads, cutting filler words, adding captions and simple overlays in CapCut or similar. Clean, well-paced cuts — not a heavy editing role.
- In-studio and print, occasionally. Adapt designs for signage, service menus, window graphics and collateral, and prepare print-ready files for vendors.

What You Bring

- Junior to mid-level experience in graphic or digital design, including social or paid ad creative.
- Strong Figma proficiency — non-negotiable. It's the core of the design system.
- A solid grasp of typography, composition and visual hierarchy, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within an existing design system and brand guidelines.
- Comfort handling a high volume of requests and managing multiple deadlines.
- Basic short-form video editing skills. CapCut or a similar tool is perfectly fine.
- A curious, strategic mindset:

you ask what will make someone stop, what's the clearest way to say it, how to make it unmistakably on-brand — and how it performed.
- Coachable, quick to iterate, and interested in a long-term role and in growing your skill set.
- Strong written and spoken English to collaborate with a U.S.-based team.

Nice to Have

- Performance or paid media design experience with startups, DTC or consumer brands.
- Email design (ideally Klaviyo or similar), website banners, web graphics or basic web/UX design.
- Concepting work: taking a brief and presenting multiple creative directions.
- Experience with beauty, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or dental brands.
- Illustrator, Photoshop or the broader Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video; openness to AI tools like voiceover or image enhancement.

How You'll Grow

- Production first, then strategy. Start from the existing design system, then — with hands-on coaching — take on more concepting, creative testing and performance-driven thinking.
- What success looks like. A steady flow of polished, on-brand creative across ads, emails, web and studios, on time and at volume — and, over time, your own ideas helping the team learn what works.

Salary & Perks

- Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly.
- This is a full-time, long-term position with hands-on coaching and room to grow.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
- 100% remote from Latin America — work from wherever you do your best thinking.
- Additional perks.

Ready to apply? We'd love to hear your story. The next step is a short application where you can share more about your background and upload your resume in English. Take your time — we read every response carefully.
