With a lean, high-performing estimating team, the company manages a high volume of bids each month and is looking for a dedicated remote estimator to become a long-term extension of its in-house operations.This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with commercial painting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys producing accurate, competitive estimates with minimal supervision.About the RoleWe are seeking aFull-Time Commercial Painting Estimatorto support the company's growing bidding pipeline. You will prepare detailed takeoffs, review drawings and specifications, communicate with clients to clarify project scope, and develop competitive estimates for commercial painting and coatings projects across the United States.The adecuado candidate already understands commercial painting estimating and can quickly integrate into an established workflow without extensive training.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate quantity takeoffs for commercial painting and coatings projects using PlanSwift and Excel.Review architectural drawings, specifications, finish schedules, and painting scopes.Interpret painting-specific specifications, products, coatings, wall coverings, and finish requirements.Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to clarify scope, specifications,
