Career:

Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

General Objective:

Ensure successful process and product validation of Milwaukee Tools through advanced quality engineering skills.

Knowledge and experience:

- More than 3 years of experience in New Product Development processes and transfer projects, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.

- Technical conversation English level.

- Expertise in RCA methods as 8D and A3.

- Previous relevant experience with statistic data analysis and softwar (Minitab and Power Bi).

- Advanced knowledge and experience in Core Tools usage (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP).

- Experience with test plans development.

- Advanced experience in mechanical and electronics subjects.





- Ability for making decision based on data and proper risk assessment.

- Ability to travel 25% of time (international).

Activities:

- Handle full quality validation process of complex and urgent transfer projects.

- Develop and validate key quality documents to ensure proper readiness of the projects (CP, QRS, etc).

- Lead teams for RCA of issues happened during QB using advanced skills of problem-solving methods.

- Communicate and escalate in a proper war any risk associated with quality issues during any project stage.

- Participate in continuous improvement and QMS topics.
