AI BRAND & CONTENT CREATOR

We’re looking for an AI-Native Brand & Content Creator to join a fast-growing technology company transforming healthcare across Latin America.

If you live on Instagram and TikTok, think in video, spot trends early, and turn ideas into content people actually want to watch, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Create short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Shoot, edit and publish content at high speed.
- Develop original concepts, hooks and formats based on trends and performance.
- Turn customer stories, product demos and behind-the-scenes footage into engaging content.
- Use AI tools to create faster and experiment more.
- Create static content such as carousels, posts, thumbnails and ad creatives.
- Help grow Instagram from 5,200 → 50,000 followers and build an engaged community of clinic decision-makers across LATAM.
- Work closely with the CEO and Growth & Marketing team.





WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Social-native and obsessed with what works on Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong video editing skills and a great sense of pacing, hooks and storytelling.
- Creative: you bring ideas, not just execution.
- AI-native you already use AI tools in your creative workflow.
- Fast, hands-on and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong visual taste.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.

Nice to have: startup/B2B experience, healthcare experience, motion design, or comfort on camera.
