Description

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will help implement processes and ensure that bots meet clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement efficient processes to route bot users to business-side experts, ensuring a seamless connection and user experience.
- Recommend and implement strategies to increase bot engagement and adoption, promoting the bot as a preferred communication channel.
- Improve the bot experience by analyzing user feedback, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and subject matter expertise, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to the bot.
- Manage a portion of incoming inquiries, providing customer support and resolving questions through automated bot systems.

Requirements
- Strong experience in bot development.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Familiarity with chatbot systems and their functionalities is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to work with clients across the organization.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
