This is a closer seat: high-volume outbound, off-market sellers, direct negotiations with homeowners, signed contracts — not listings, not showings, not appointment setting.

Your Quick Offer is a US real estate investment company based in South Florida. We buy inherited properties — and ownership stakes in them — from heirs across the United States: homes stuck between family members for years. We come in, offer real money, and solve the problem.

We're hiring an experienced acquisitions professional who has already closed deals for US wholesaling or real estate investment companies and can be productive in week one. We hand you the probate playbook and the leads — you bring the craft. There is no training program for beginners here.

What you'll do

- Own your pipeline end-to-end: review pre-qualified leads from our data system, prioritize, dig deeper when a lead needs it.
- Run high-volume outbound to heirs and co-owners across the US; build trust fast with people who weren't expecting your call.
- Run discovery: who decides, who owns what, what the family wants.
- Negotiate acquisitions of properties and fractional ownership stakes and get purchase agreements signed — you close, start to finish.
- Keep the CRM clean (we run Close).

Requirements

- 2+ years in acquisitions at US wholesaling or real estate investment companies (acquisitions closer / specialist / manager).
- You personally negotiated and signed deals with sellers — with numbers you can quote: deals closed in the last 12 months, leads per month, conversion, lead types you worked (PPC, direct mail, probate).
- Years of live phone experience with US homeowners — you know how American sellers think and talk.
- Excellent, clear, natural, confident spoken English.
- Empathy and emotional maturity: many of our contacts are older people dealing with inheritance matters. We never pressure; we build trust.




- Disciplined remote worker: reliable, organized, stable connection.

Who this is NOT for

- Realtors / licensed agents whose experience is listings, showings, and representing clients — that's a different job, and it doesn't transfer here.
- Lead generation only, appointment setting, or brokerage support backgrounds.
- Beginners looking to break into real estate.

Nice to have

- Probate / inherited property / heirs experience — big plus.
- Experience living, studying, or working in the US — a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish — big plus: many of our Florida sellers prefer Spanish.
- Dialer / skip-tracing stack familiarity.

What we offer

- Base: USD 1,600/month, paid in US dollars + performance bonuses for every signed deal — no cap. Package calibrated to your track record.
- Fully remote, long-term role with a US company (independent contractor).
- CRM, phone system, lead data, and the probate niche playbook — no months of onboarding.
- Normal daytime hours, no night shifts: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM US Eastern (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mexico City time; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from November to March).
