We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Route Scheduler/Dispatcher to coordinate daily routes for approximately 10 technicians serving Los Angeles, New York City, and Buffalo.

This is a fully remote position. Applicants must have previous experience scheduling and dispatching pest-control technicians or managing similar field-service routes.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage efficient daily routes for approximately 10 technicians
- Schedule recurring services, initial treatments, inspections, and emergency calls
- Coordinate routes across Los Angeles, New York City, and Buffalo
- Assign appointments based on technician location, availability, skills, and workload
- Minimize unnecessary travel time, scheduling gaps, overtime, and missed appointments
- Monitor technicians’ progress throughout the day and adjust routes as needed
- Communicate schedule changes clearly to technicians, customers, and office staff
- Reschedule canceled or incomplete appointments promptly
- Confirm that technicians complete all assigned stops and service documentation
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and urgent customer-service issues
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in the company’s software





Requirements:

- Previous pest-control scheduling or dispatching experience required
- Experience managing multiple technicians and busy service routes
- Strong understanding of route planning and geographic scheduling
- Ability to manage routes across Eastern and Pacific time zones
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling last-minute changes and urgent service requests
- Strong computer skills and experience using scheduling, routing, or field-service software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
