The Auxiliar

Manifestación de Valor supports the customs and logistics team by preparing and reviewing value declarations for imported and exported goods.

Responsibilities include gathering and verifying commercial documentation, entering and updating data in internal and customs-related systems, and ensuring that all information complies with relevant regulations and internal procedures. The role involves close coordination with operations, traffic, and customer service teams to clarify shipment details, resolve discrepancies, and meet filing deadlines. The Auxiliar also assists in generating reports, organizing physical and digital records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in customs documentation processes.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of customs documentation, especially value manifest processes, and basic understanding of import/export regulations.
- Strong data entry and administrative skills,



including accuracy in handling commercial invoices, packing lists, and related documents.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize multiple shipments, and meet strict deadlines with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and ability to learn specialized logistics or customs systems.
- Integrity and commitment to compliance, following company policies and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or technical degree in logistics, international trade, or a related field; prior experience in customs or logistics is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Luis Potosí, SLP, with a proactive attitude toward learning and process improvement.
