KM Intern- Part-Time (Becario de Investigación)

About the Role

Altman Solon is seeking a KM Intern to join our Global Knowledge Management team in Mexico City. This role is idóneo for a highly organized and proactive student who is passionate about knowledge management, research, and collaboration. As a key member of the team, you will help drive the development, organization, and dissemination of the firm's intellectual capital. You will work closely with colleagues across regions and practices to enhance knowledge-sharing processes, strengthen business development resources, and support a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors while working in a collaborative, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, sanitize, and publish the firm's intellectual property (IP) across knowledge management platforms, ensuring information remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Maintain and manage internal knowledge repositories, databases, and research resources.
- Partner with Knowledge Management team members across offices to establish and standardize best practices for knowledge sharing and content management.
- Support the development and implementation of new knowledge management initiatives, processes, and tools aimed at increasing organizational efficiency.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of internal research, thought leadership materials, and business development resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve knowledge capture, organization,



and utilization across the firm.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Self-starting, flexible, and comfortable working autonomously while appreciating collaboration.
- Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to interact with employees at all levels and all functions of the company.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with SharePoint preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of the Technology, Media, or Telecommunication industry preferred but not required.
- Must be Mexico City based or able to travel to the Altman Solon Mexico City office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with knowledge management, research, content management, or consulting environments is a plus.
