We are looking for...

A Bid Manager to lead and coordinate tendering activities for CFE opportunities. This role is focused on managing the end-to-end bidding process, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, coordinating documentation, and supporting successful participation in procurement processes.

The adecuado candidate will bring strong knowledge of CFE tendering processes, bidding documentation, procurement regulations, and submission requirements, while effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization. This is a highly administrative role that requires a structured approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent project coordination skills.

What you will do...

- Monitor and identify new tender opportunities through procurement platforms and bidding portals.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including tender review, compliance validation, documentation preparation, and proposal submission.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, review, and consolidate all required bid documentation.
- Ensure proposals comply with customer requirements, tender specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Support participation in public tenders, auctions, and competitive bidding processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of active and completed bids.
- Manage the tools and applications used to identify and track tender opportunities.
- Support bid planning activities, timelines, governance reviews, and submission schedules.
- Visit customers when required to support tender-related activities.
- Leverage digital tools, AI solutions, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and efficiency throughout the bidding process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for bid administration and tender coordination.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing tenders, bids, and procurement processes.
- Experience supporting or participating in CFE tender processes.
- Knowledge of public procurement regulations, tender documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders throughout the bid lifecycle.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred

- Experience within the energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with procurement and tender management platforms.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot and other digital productivity tools.
- Technical knowledge of electrical or energy-related solutions is a plus.
- Experience with public-sector tenders, auctions, and competitive bidding processes.
- Internal candidates with relevant tender and bid management experience are encouraged to apply.
