We are hiring an experienced Bilingual Estimator – Project Manager to support a construction team with estimating, cost analysis, project scheduling, procurement, and project execution.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both languages, both verbally and in writing.

About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual construction professional with hands-on field experience who can manage both estimating and project management responsibilities.

The adecuado candidate has experience reviewing construction plans, performing quantity takeoffs, calculating project costs, and managing projects from contract award through completion. Candidates must also be comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating

- Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
- Calculate labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and project costs.
- Prepare accurate construction estimates.

Project Management
- Manage projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
- Develop project schedules and budgets.
- Create procurement plans and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and resources.
- Coordinate with construction teams and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications





- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management.
- Hands-on construction/site experience such as Site Foreman, Construction Supervisor, Project Engineer, Estimator, or similar role.
- Strong experience with quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimating.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, labor, and project costs.
- Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.

Important Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for someone with real, hands-on construction experience combined with estimating and project management experience.

Candidates with only general administrative, virtual assistant, or non-construction estimating experience will not be considered.
